European style patisserie in downtown Hinsdale, Toni opened
in 1994 after owner Toni Marie Cox, a pastry chef who perfected
her craft as executive pastry chef at Chicago's Mayfair Regent
Hotel and La Ciel Bleu, returned from a three-year tour of
bakery duty in France.
With
recipes that incorporate Belgian and French chocolate, European-style
butter and fresh fruits, Toni's cakes are something you just
have to taste yourself. |
